INTRODUCING GAME DAY
Sports fans and participants can now access all their sports information in the one App.
This week, Australia’s largest digital sports company SportsTG launched Game Day.
Available on both iOS and Android, Game Day is a free App that gives sports administrators, fans, participants and parents quick access to their sports fixtures and results.
With Game Day, sports fans can save their favourite teams, plan their week of sport ahead, get directions to their next game and keep up to date with last minute changes. Parents can manage the sporting lives of children that play multiple sports at various locations at the same time – all through a single App.
SportsTG CEO, Glen McGoldrick says, “Over 60% of sports fans use their mobile web browsers every day to connect with their sporting teams or clubs. We wanted to simplify and streamline that user experience for everyone.”
SportsTG has a network that consists of Australia and New Zealand’s highest participation sports, including Australian Rules Football, Rugby League, Basketball, Football, Touch Football and many others.
Over 5.8 million people regularly access the SportsTG network to check the latest grassroots sports fixtures, results and ladders.
“Sport, and in particular community sport, is such an important part of our every day lives,” says McGoldrick.
“Game Day gives sports fans and participants the ability to customise their sports calendar in one App, so that they can keep up to date with their local clubs.”
